Police say a Bloomington man drowned when trying to wade across a flooded road after his car wrecked on Indiana 157 in Greene County on Tuesday.James L. Chambers was pronounced dead at the scene. A Winchester man was killed in a two-vehicle car crash on Indiana 32, on Tuesday morning.The crash took place just before 8 a.m., Gary E. Bumbalough, was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
